I have a Yoga 3 pro and it seems that the HDMI connection was somehow destroyed.
Can I have suggestions how to replace it

First, if you're not comfortable with opening up the laptop, I would suggest contacting Lenovo support directly for a repair. Their number is 1-877-453-6686. And if you're under warranty, they'll cover it.
But if you want to do it yourself, you'll need to replace the IO board: https://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-Lenovo-Yoga-3-Pro-1370-Laptop-USB-MICRO-HDMI-PORT-BOARD-NS-A321/1232525...
You'll need to take out the ribbon cable from the broken IO board and swap it onto the new IO board, then connect it to the motherboard. You'll also need a T5 Torx screwdriver to open the case itself. You don't really need any other tools, but using a spudger would be helpful for removing the ribbon cable, here's a whole set that's pretty inexpensive: https://www.amazon.com/Zacro-Professional-Non-Abrasive-Spudgers-Anti-Static/dp/B01F52ZPBQ/ref=sr_1_1...
Lenovo's HMM has good information on how to get into your computer (HDMI board is on pg 31): https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles_pub/lenovo_yoga_3_pro_1370_hmm_201512.pdf
Hope that helps!
