Several issues with my S730-13IWL laptop

Hello,

 

I recently bought this laptop for business use. I have many problems with since I bought it, including blue screens like critical process died and store unexpected exception.

 

After a long search for a solution and made a shipment for repair that gave nothing, I reinstalled Windows with a USB key.

 

Currently, I still have blue screens with the kernel power code 41,63. When it restarts, I only see the windows boot manager screen and I have to restart manually.

 

In addition, I also have recurring wifi losses, the laptop loses the connection and displays the network as "connected, no internet", I am forced to switch to airplane mode or disconnect manually before reconnect to find the wifi.

 

Hope you can help me because the computer is very unstable in the state.

Apologies for the late reply. We suggest running a hardware diagnostics to check the status hardware components.

Thank you for you answer,

 

I have already done several hardware diagnostics with different tools and there was no issues detected.

 

I have fixed my wifi issues by downgrading the driver.

 

I still have blue screens. They happen when it wakes up from hibernation. They also happen when I move it from one place to another. I dismounted the laptop and reattached the SSHD correctly but it did not help. It is very unpleasant...

 

Do you have any ideas ?
