TPM Module not found, despite it being enabled in BIOS and up to date on device manager

I am trying to enable BitLocker on a Lenovo Yoga 900-13ISK2.  When I try to enable it, it says "This device can't use a Trusted Platform Module."  and the TPM managment console says "Compatible TPM cannot be found".

I have gone into the BIOS to confirm that it's enabled, and the TPM is showing up in the device manager.  All drivers and the BIOS are up to date.

Any insight?

Having exact same issue with TPM. Interesting thing though is bitloker was actually already enabled years ago with a pin and it has now switched to unprotected. TPM managment console says "Compatible TPM cannot be found" despite one showing up in device manager under security devices.
