Thunderbolt 3 Security Level settings - not in UEFI controls?

2019-05-18, 16:06 PM

I'm trying to troubleshoot some problems my new Yoga 730 (81TC). Lenovo support documentation solution to change this in the UEFI/BIOS references 7th gen Intel processors, but this is 8th.

How do I change the Security Level from SL1 to SL0?

TIA!

Hi cajensen!

Welcome to the community forums. Thunderbolt 3 security level is only available in Thinkpad according to this article: https://support.lenovo.com/cy/en/solutions/ht503639

I also checked the BIOS settings of Yoga 730 and Thunderbolt 3 security level is not available.

Regards,
