I don't use my touch screen to often, so I'm not sure exactly when it stopped working.
It's a Yoga 720-15lKP (Idea pad) Type 80x7 I've checked the drivers, they're all up to date, I can't seem to find a reason to why it doesn't work anymore. It just...doesn't work. I'm not sure what kind of information you'd need? Anyone have any sort of suggestions? I'd love to use my touch screen again.
I have also done a full factory reset on the laptop and it still doesnt work....I'm just not sure what to do and i dont have a ton of $$ to shell out fixing this.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Since you already did a factory reset, another way to test if this is a hardware issue is by testing the touchscreen capability outside windows in the recovery menu.
There is a pinhole on the side of the computer right next to the headphone port as shown as no. 7 on the screenshot below, Use a paper-clip to press the button inside the pinhole while the computer is completely off and you will access the Novo menu.
If the touchscreen still doesn't work here then this is going to need a physical repair.
If the laptop is still in warranty, you may contact our local support to set up a repair request on 1-877-453-6686 , Or visit local service center for repair options.
