I can not believe how hard it has been to get support on this matter. When I finally found my product moel, I tried to send an email and was told the serial number was inalid. Well I was reading it off the bottom of the laptop where is said SN. It has been so frustrating and I completely regret buying this stupid laptop.
It is just a few months old and therefore I expect it to work! But no, every now and then the mouse freezes on the screen and the only way to get t back again is to close the lid, let it go to sleep and open again. I have tried using windows to update driver and it said there was not one.
Please tell me how to fix this problem and please do not tell me to reinstall windows because I will not. I have seen too many articles on the internet of people who have the same problem, were told to do that and it didn't fix it.
