URGENT Yoga 530 mouse/touchscreen problem

Hello! I have a Lenovo Yoga 530 14ARR. Yesterday I did a Factory Reset with my usb pen drive and restall Windows 10 Home. Because I was having problems with the blue screen error page and drivers. Today I have a new version of Windows 1909. The Mouse and the Touchscreen don't work. I tried to update the drivers but it says that I have the latest versions. I don't know what to do. Also today the pc is doing a weird noise. Can you help me?
