The latest Win 10 update made it so my Yoga 11S touch screen no longer works at all.
Where can I find the touch screen driver so that I can reinstall it - or what is the fix?
I contacted Microsoft but they are absolutley clueless.

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
Try to download the Video and Chipset drivers for the unit from the support page.
Make sure to reboot after an update on the unit.
Also, double check that you unit is compatible with the latest update for Windows, as this could also cause this issue as well.
