After 60 seconds of inactivity the display goes blank. This happens with every application, unless I am watching a video, such as Netflix, Amazon prime or YouTube. It will go blank while reading a web page, creating a word document, reading with my Kindle app...
I have had this problem since I purchased the laptop new in October of 2015. I have called support several times with no resolution. My warranty and extended warranty have since expired. My sleep settings for the screen are set to 10 minutes (both batter and plugged in). Battery mode - go to sleep after 15 min, Plugged in - goto sleep after 30 minutes.
I have the latested bios, C6CN39WW. All of the drivers are up to date. I have also used the one-key recovery to reset the laptop back to factory specs.

Thanks, but as stated above, I have already checked those settings.

Yes, I have triple checked all the Lenovo software. With the new Lenovo Vantage, it sends me to Windows Control Panel for the Display power settings.
