Good Morning. A couple of months ago I bought a LENOVO YOGA C93013IKB.
A couple of times it has been hard to turn on (about two minutes).
Is it normal for it to happen or should it be taken to technical service?

Welcome to the Community.
Can you clarify what is meant by "hard to turn on?" Specifically, what happens when you press the power button? List what you see, in order, and where the delays are when booting. That might help. Thanks.

The fact is that on those two occasions, what happened is that pressing the power button did not turn on, I had to press it several times, some of them for a minute or more, until one of those, I do not know how, it turned on.

You likely don't have anything to worry about unless it becomes frequent. Holding the power button for a minute or more discharges static and resets CMOS issues. On older computers, you'd accomplish the same thing by disassembling the computer and removing the CMOS battery for a minute. Should it get to the point you're doing this every day, then come back and we'll try to figure out what's causing it.
