Today I got the S730-13IWL delivered and noticed a tiny dent(see image, above the f6 key) while setting up windows, after completing the installation I went on and test the laptop, however I noticed that the fans got really loud sometimes while nothing was running and the computer gets extremely hot while watching a video on youtube. I went to update the bios and use lenovos vantage tool as well updated the drivers but the problem still exists.
What can I do about the tiny dent and the overheating problem?

Welcome to the forums. If you have a dent and you are unhappy I would ask for an exchange immediately. As time passes you can't get an exchange plus you might be considered CID(Customer Induced Damage). With that being said it seems so small I would keep it. BUT you are not me and its your money you are spending and ultimately you are the one that needs to be happy. All I'm saying is if you want to exchange do it right away while you still can.
