I have a Yoga 11s with an issue. It works only when connected to the charger. Although the battery icon says %100 charger plug in but not charging. I thought that it was just a simple battery error so i purchased a new battery. After replacing the battery i have the same issue.
I have updated the laptop to windows 10, however this problem has been pressent for a while.
Do i have some firmware issue or have i maybe got a dammaged motherboard?

You could also try this:
Shut down your laptop
Press the power button for 15 secs.
Then start your laptop normally.
You need to make sure that the power management software of your computer is updated.
Update us how it goes.

It didnt do anything sorry.
I am checking for updates now.
Ealier i said i installed a brand new harddrive, what i meant was i installed a brand new battery. i have since swapped back to the original battery as that doesnt seem to be an issue.
while i was changing them i booted up without one in and it said there was no battery at all.
after installing the old one its still the same problem.
light flashes, battery 100% and not charging. will not run off battery.
updates are up to date too.
