Good day and welcome to the community.
If you haven't made any changes to your machine's disk partition structure, you should be able to restore to factory state using the One Key Recovery system. Make sure to back up any important files first, then press the 'novo' button. See manual page 25 of the Yoga 11s User Guide: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/detail.page?DocID=UM017645 for details.
If you have modified the partition structure, you'll need to contact Service to inquire about Recovery Media. There may be an associated cost. Phone #s are below.
Regards.

Hi Sarbin
Thank you for your warm welcome. It's very pleasing.
Also thank you for your prompt response to my 1st post.
I should have said that i've put inside the yoga a NEW SDD 128
The old SDD was damaged
What can i do in this instance?
Thanks

You don't mention that you created a USB flash recovery drive from the machine prior to the original SSD failing, so I would say that you need to contact support at the number in my post above. They should be able to explain what options you have to recover your factory-licensed operating system / machine configuration.
