Yoga 13 touch keyboard pops up ALL THE TIME

I just got a new Yoga 13, and it works pretty good. But now I have an issue. When it's in the laptop mode, the touch keyboard pops up all the time. When I am editing a document or browsing the Internet using the actual keyboard, the touch keyboard pops up every 1 minute or so and blocks half of the screen. It's really annoying and I believe this should not happen. Wish to know how to solve this problem.

Thank you for Posting in Lenovo Community,


Am sorry for hearing about your issue that you’re facing with your new laptop,


I’d like to guide you to perform a way in order to refresh the system of you laptop but I’d like to confirm to you that Refresh the system will let you restore your system but be aware that:


1-      Your files and personalization setting won’t be change

2-      Your pc setting will be back to their default

3-      Apps from windows store will be kept

4-      Apps you installed from discs or website will be removed

5-      A list of removed apps will be saved on your desktop


If you agreed on performing the below are the steps for Refresh:


1-      Press on Windows button and the C letter button and then you will see the Charm menu

2-      Please press on Change PC settings and then Troubleshoot

3-      Please Press on Refresh Your PC

4-      I ‘d Like to ask you to read this tips about the refresh of the system

5-      Refreshing Your PC will start


The system will be refreshed and will start back after refreshing.
