Yoga 2 13 Bios Recovery process

I haven´t any recovery pendrive and I request in Lenovo Supoort but my warranty is expired. I need to recover my notebook to Factory Status.  Anybody help me?

Hi fernandol79,

 

Welcome to the Community Forums. 

 

As long as the hidden partition or harddrive is intact and unchanged then you can choose the option of launching One Key Recovery (page 25-26) to do full factory reset . Make sure you have backed up your files as this would result on data lost and recreate the original Windows C: drive the way it way from out of the box.

 

Turn off the machine and use the Novo key to power on the machine. Choose system recovery to launch OKR from initial back up.

Hi, I tried What you suggested , Pushed Key follow picture and chose "System Recovery". 

My notebook show LENOVO logo and return to my old windows screen . Am I doing anything Wrong?  

I´d tried too using windows Repair Fuction and alway I run the recovery after a long time processing show process unsucessful , asking having I antivuris stopping the process. (BUT all Antivirus are removed or non-actived.
