After i upgraded my Yoga 2 13 to windows 10, it does not complete the shutdown, the screen goes black but the keyboard backlight remain on and the only way to respond is to press the power button for few seconds (force shutdown)
anybody faced the same issue..?

SOLUTION! I've been trying to get this solved for months. It's the Intel Management Engine Interface. The one installed by default with Windows 10 doesn't work with the Yoga 2 13.
Download (from Lenova Support) and install the Windows 10 driver for IMEI:
Overwrite the newer version driver, and voila... I've had a dozen successful shutdowns for the first time since last Fall.
