My Yoga with Win10 have two issues:
1. When I turn off the laptop and the display goes off, the computer will "turn off" but not fully - cooling fans continue to running. Hold down the button to turn off after 5 seconds shuts down completely.
2. When using the notebook Batteries so when you turn on the power cable laptop freezes ... when I unplug the power cord notebook unfreezes. Either helps you connect and disconnect cables as long as it starts to work with the attached cable, or restart ...
Does anyone have any advice?

Finally! SOLUTION! I've been trying to get this solved for months. It's the Intel Management Engine Interface. The one installed by default with Windows 10 doesn't work with the Yoga 2 13.
Download (from Lenova Support) and install the Windows 10 driver for IMEI:
Overwrite the newer version driver, and voila... I've had a dozen successful shutdowns for the first time since last Fall.
