Hi Birraque - I tried installing the 4 sets of drivers that you suggested - wifi, BT, rapid storage, and video - and only the first two installed properly. The other two reported that my hardware did not support them. Maybe there are multiple versions of Yoga Pro 2 and only some support those?
Also - you mention a clean Windows install. How necessary do you think that is? I would rather not start over from scratch... I just want my wifi to work!

Double check if you're running BT & WLAN (19.50.1) version. Latest Intel driver (19.60.1 and 19.70.1 ) isn't running well with Y2P.
You can handle VGA - Intel Graphics Driver for Windows 10 [22.214.171.12424] installation issue using DDU - Display Driver Uninstaller [126.96.36.199] to uninstall your current driver. Step-by-Step Guide HERE.
Intel RST - Intel Rapid Storage Technology [188.8.131.522], follow is the solution:
Hopefully this will help a lot of people on the same situation.
(*) I just suggest a Clean Install if your system isn't running well otherwise keep the current build.

Some Updates and Notes:
1) Before install "Intel Rapid Storage Technology for Windows 10 (64-bit) - 220.127.116.113 - From Intel" and "Intel Graphics Driver for Windows 10 (64-bits) - 18.104.22.16835 - From Intel" => Read this LINK
Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) V22.214.171.124 => VGA Tool, latest version
Note: ENABLE SAFE MODE before uninstall the current VGA driver
(*) The ONLY way to fix the BUG - SCREEN FLICKERING WHEN ON BATTERY => Read this LINK
(*) How do I stop Windows 10 from "upgrade or downgrade" my graphics driver with WRONG version using Local Group Policy Editor? => Read this LINK
Note: Group Policy configuration is mandatory before steps 12 and 13 on DDU (VGA Driver / Set Windows Device Instalation Settings to Default).
2) Lenovo Apps:
"Lenovo Settings" was discontinued then don't install it
"Lenovo Account Portal" was discontinued then don't install it
"Lenovo Companion" was renamed to "Lenovo Vantage" and should be installed

NOTE: Local Group Policy Editor is ONLY available for Windows 10 Professional or Enterprise users, then if are running HOME edition is better to go with "Intel Graphics Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit) - 126.96.36.19942 - From Microsoft" (Driver Info) using Windows Update service. 1) Follow DDU instructions above skipping Steps 4 to 11 and the Group Policy recommendation that applies only for newer VGA driver .4835 from Intel. 2) Then go to Settings \ Update & Security \ Check for Updates and select INSTALL NOW.
NOTE: FLICKER FREE on Battery (Turned ON "automatic screen refresh rate" @ Energy Manager) will work ONLY in "Daily Mode" or "Cinema Mode" @ Screen 48Hz.
The other options "Stable Mode" and "High Performance Mode" @ Screen 60Hz will flicker from time to time.
When on charging all four Modes will run smoothly and FLICKER FREE.

If you are still not confident that this Setup Guide can fix the issues like flicker, shutdown, sleep, ssd performance, overheating, tablet mode slow down, weird color display, wifi & bt connection dropping, miracast and "maybe" some other small issues that I forgot to mention. I suggest to read THIS.
I hope this help a lot of people on the same situation.
