Why Lenovo not tested Yoga 2 Pro compliance (20266 / 80AY) with Windows 10 Anniversary Update (1607) or Creators Update (1703)?
It would be nice to show some respect to your costumers providing updated drivers for all your systems.

If you intend to run Windows 10 on YOGA 2 PRO the better way is CLEAN INSTALL with Creators Update (1703) - Build 15063 RTM (Final Version). The ISO is available to download through Microsoft Insider Site right now:
Windows 10 (1703) - Build 15063 ISO Download
Creators Update will install CORRECTLY: (Intel Management Engine Interface AND TouchPad) then NO ACTION will be necessary (keep it):
But I recommend to replace 'VGA', 'WLAN', 'BT' and 'Intel Rapid Storage Technology' drivers for Intel version:
For ALL FOLLOWING drivers (Intel Chipset, Intel DPTF, Audio, Realtek Cardreader, Liteon Camera, Bison Camera, Intel Smart Connect Technology, Lenovo Yoga Mode Control AND Lenovo System Interface Foundation) I strongly recommend keep installed Lenovo (Windows 10 x64) versions:
Windows 10 64 bits - Yoga 2 Pro Laptop (Lenovo)
(*) None other driver or app should to be installed from Lenovo Support Site.
When everything is running go to STORE and install this 3 new Lenovo Apps:
Lenovo Settings (*)
- You will find Battery options on Lenovo Settings only if ENERGY MANAGER has been installed:
Lenovo Energy Management (Windows 10 64 bits Compatible)
Lenovo Account Portal
Lenovo forgot Yoga 2 Pro costumers long time ago without solved many issues but we can share our expertise here and keep our systems running for some more time.
NOTE: I'm using lastest BIOS 76CN43WW with all Lenovo original configurations (default).

1) Lenovo Settings (Battery Stretch) ACTIVATION save energy but will keep CPU working with 0.8 GHZ (Max 33%). Then should be used only when High CPU tasks isn't running.
2) Energy Manager (Automatic Screen Refresh Rate) ACTIVATION will automatically set 48/60 Hz refresh rate fixing the BUG - SCREEN FLICKERING WHEN ON BATTERY with Yoga 2 Pro that has annoyed users since 2014 (Windows 8.1)

I rollback Intel Management Energy to Lenovo version 188.8.131.528 that run smoothly with 'shutdown' and 'sleep'. Download Link
(*) Windows Update version 184.108.40.2061 wasn't always shutting down Y2P.

How to fix if "Display Brightness" isn't working on manual (just two levels) or stopped auto adjustment?
1) Open "Lenovo Settings" (Windows Store App)
2) Go to Display
3) DISABLE "Display Brightness" (Automatically adjust your display brightness using your computer's ambient light sensor). Then ENABLE it again and the Manual and Auto functionalities should be working fine again.
