Yoga 2 Pro: Will it work with Windows Ink and active pen

Hi, quick question: I bought a Yoga 2 Pro in late 2014. It has a touchscreen and after upgrading to Windows 10 some time ago, I now noticed the Windows Ink workspace icon up as an option. Will it work with an (any) active pen or just (if at all) with one of these regular (capacitive) stylus pens? I have searched for quite some time now but couldn't find a conclusive answer anywhere. Thanks!

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

With the new feature, Windows Ink Workspace would work with both active and passive (capacitive) pen as long as there is the touch screen feature is available.

 

Even if Yoga 2 pro do not have active pen features, with a capacitive stylus (or even with your finger) you can still explore Windows Ink although some pens may prove to have better features compared to manually click several buttons on the Apps.

 

Why not give it a try.

Update us how it goes.
