Try installing the drivers located Here and then do the settings change.  I had forgotten that I was running alternate drivers.

Used the mouse for over 3 hours yesterday with no problems and today still no issues.

Hoping the power saver setting will help.

I too am using the MS Sculpt Mouse.

FYI, my "quick fix" when it disconnects with the ! driver indication, is to simply disable the driver, then re-ENABLE it.

(as opposed to un-installing and re-installing it).

Cant to quite seem to be able to sucessfully delete the generic bluetooth driver.

So my installation of the new recommended driver maybe unsucessful

Anyway the problem is still evident.. My logitech m555b can't connect with stability.

Pathetic!!!

Are you using the windows uninstaller?  Should just take it out.  If not, you should be able to instal the other version right on top.

My Pro 2 also sufferred with this issue.  I found that I need to turn the power disable off on the bluetooth device and the USB devices, as the Bluetooth is actually a USB Device.  Hope that this helps someone.   6 days now without a bluetooth issue.

Device Manager: Bluetooth and HID-USB devices. Open Properties and disable Power Off to save power. Right Click on the device to open properties. You will find the Power options under Power Management tab. .
