I have a Yoga 2 Pro running Windows 10 Home (1809). Two nights ago my son was using it (non-admin user account) and let the battery get completely drained. When we plugged it in and woke it, the Wifi wasn't working. It shows that the Wifi adapter is off,and no matter what I do it won't turned on. I restarted the laptop several times and then the touchpad stopped working too. I also noticed that the touch capabilities of the screen weren't working, and the USB port on the right side also wasn't working.
I've downloaded the wifi, graphics and synaptics touchpad drivers from Lenovo support and reinstalled them. That didn't fix things.
The device manager does not show any problems.
Lenovo Diagnostics says the motherboard, memory, storage, display, video card, PCI Express, processor and display interface are all OK.
The wireless diagnostics says that the hardware state of the adapter is "off".
The diagnostics tests for the touchscreen and touchpad devices are "not available" (greyed out).
Can anyone suggest how to fix this? Is this likely a hardware or software problem?
