My Yoga 3 was bought 3 months ago at a local retailer. It had been an open box model. A couple of nights ago while using it, my wife got a Blue Screen of some variety. Since then, the machine doesn't work at all. When I push the power button (or the reset button next to it), the KB backlight comes on and power light comes on for about a second and then they both shut off. This cycle is repeated indefinitely until I hold down the power button at which time everything goes off. That is the only response I get from the thing. This machine is only 3 months old but I cannot find any way to get in touch with Lenovo for any kind of support, so I thought I would try here first.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
