I was installing an update of onekey recovery, when the error window jumped out and said 'error!! your product definition file lost' and it failed update constantly. How do I fix it. Thanks

Me, too. Yogo 3 Pro 1370. I've had it for a long time. I'm still waiting for resolution. (Hello, Lenovo! Are you out there? Ever?)

OKAY! so I'm late to the party. I've had the ONEKEY product definition lost for some time now and today I had some time to look for an answer. I tried uninstalling "Lenovo OneKey Recover" and it stops with product definition lost. No other "OneKey" installed as far as I can see in the apps list.
I guess since nobody seems to be getting an answer I'll just click close to the error.
I'll check back in a few days and see if anyone responds to this. 1/30/18
