I'm using Yoga 3-14 and also experienced the same problem after migrated to WIN10.
The fix that I found works for me:
Step1: Goto https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed... and run the apps to uninstall the old "onekey recovery" version/
Step2: Goto D:\Drivers\OneKey_Recovery and run setup.exe to reinstall the "onekey recovery".
Step3: Run Lenovo Vantage to update the software (onekey recovery), no more error prompt.
Hope it works for you.

It didn't solve my issue, regrettably. In trying other advice in this thread, OneKey Recovery no longer appears in my list of programs. But yet Vantage System Update still says an older version is present, and then downloads and tries unsuccessfully to install a newer version, at which point I get the "produce definition file lost" error message again.
In going through the steps most recently posted above, the Microsoft program asks you to select from a program list. As I mentioned above, OKR isn't there. There is an option "not listed," but then you are prompted to enter some kind of file key or something that I do not know for OKR.
