I've combined several discussions into one because there are multiple cross-overs of symptoms.
After reviewing all the posts, I see there are two types of problems discussed:
Several people have reported success with their limited battery percentage problem by following the solutions suggested by MarinM and Vladtech.
For the intermittent charging, several people have reported that sometimes the battery charges, sometimes it doesn't. I'd like to dig into these reports. I have a few questions I'd like to ask.
Thank you for your help,

Hi everyone,
I have my lenovo yoga pro 3 less than a month, and now it is not charging anymore.
When the power plugged in, it shows me like it is charging, but it stays on 29% (Using OKO Cared).
If I take out the power, the precents are going down...
What can I do?

Hi,
I have a Lenovo yoga 3 pro that a bought one month ago. It's still under international warrantee.
However I am facing the following issue;
When I plug in my laptop to the charger, it is not charging and stuck at 15%. It is showing on the icon (plugged in, charging) but I left the laptop plugged in all day and it didn't move from the 15%.
The LED near my power button is orange and blicking every 3 seconds
Any idea on how to solve this issue? Is it a Software or Hardware problem?
Thank you!

Hi,
I need some help here please.
I tried the following;
- Factory reset my PC
- Windows updates
- Driver updates
- Shuting down my pc, removing power adapter, pressing power button for 30 sec. (I have seen this advise on forums)
None of the above work. It's been less than one month that I have my Lenovo and it suddently made this problem.
All software that scan PC health and status are telling me that battery is in very good condition and working well however the issue is still here....
Thank you!

Here is your battery blinking status -
On (solid white) --- The battery has more than 20% charge.
Solid amber --- The battery has between 5% and 20% charge.
Fast blinking amber --- The battery has less than 5% charge.
Slow blinking amber --- The battery is being charged. When battery charge reaches 20%, the blinking color changes to white.
Slow blinking white --- The battery has between 20% and 80% charge and is still charging. When the battery reaches 80% charge the light will stop blinking, but charging will continue until the battery is fully charged.

1) Did you use Lenovo's Battery Guage Reset functionality? -- DO NOT USE
2) Have you tried a different power socket?
3) Have you tried reducing the battery to 10% and see if it charges to 15% back again?

Hi,
Thank you for your reply!
1) Did you use Lenovo's Battery Guage Reset functionality? -- DO NOT USE
No I didn't use this functionality
2) Have you tried a different power socket?
I have tried different power socket at different location but still the same issue
3) Have you tried reducing the battery to 10% and see if it charges to 15% back again?
I have reduced the battery to 10% now it is stuck at 10% saying plugged in, charging however not moving.
I have the OneKey Optimizer app from Lenovo on my PC and it is saying that:
- Battery is at high capacity
- The battery status is good
- Good habits for battery use.
I will try again another factory reset, or is there anything else I can try... however if the problem is not solved, could be it a Hardware problem? how can I make sure of this.
Thanks!

I'd like to hear more about what happened to your Yoga 3 Pro not charging.
Did you call Lenovo Service or find another solution?
Thank you,

Since it has only occurred once, and then it recovered, it would be hard to determine the cause.
If anyone else has this issue and is able to assist, please PM me.
Thank you,
