Re: Yoga 3 Pro lmcfrundll.exe Run Problem, how to fix?

2015-02-12, 15:13 PM

The major problem that I have with this application error is that I am unable to connect to e-mail using Microsoft Office Outlook 2007.

I've had the same problem now for approximately a week. It errors and I have to acknowledge 3 times before it goes away. Updates to antivirus are constant, Microsoft updates occurred 2 times this week.   YOGA 3 Pro - 1370 Model 80HE

I have the same problem, but in addition I have the following issues: 1. The battery indicator has a red dot on it, which when clicked on shows that the last check was 14 days ago, although I am currently checking hourly given the other issues being faced. 2. Similarly OneKey Optimiser is showing "problems found 14 day(s) ago. Run Checkup." Is anybody else seeing a similar issue with the Optimiser not updating itself when the check is is run? Additionally, Waves MaxxAudio is giving me a message that it supports stereo output only, but the system is currently configured for 0 channels. That is not the case. All very frustrating given that the laptop cost £1499!!.

Dear Adrian,
Sorry to hear of your troubles. I have no issues with the Optimizer or
battery, but the MaxxAudio was an easy fix for me: go into device manager,
scroll down to sound and video controllers, find the Realtek speakers, and
uninstall the driver. Then restart the computer. The driver will
automatically reinstall, and then it will see Maxx audio and set it up
right. I hope this is enough info for you. I am not near my computer, and
don't have the ability to walk you through it exactly.
The Yoga 3 buggy as all get out!

Hi, not sure if this is related... but my Battery Charging is not..... set to Conservation mode two days ago, around the time the updates happened, discharged to 47%.  I reset to Balanced, and while it says, Connected- Charging, stays at 47%

Is this a know issue, is it relaed to the update?

Ugh. I just uninstalled the Lenovo Settings Dependency Package, restarted my computer, and the 3x lmcfrundlll problem is still there.

So now I don't have the Lenovo Settings Dependency Package (whatever that was) AND I continue to have the lmcfrundlll issue.

:p

I hope they think of something and send it out to everyone who just shelled out the $$ for this quick.

Like it otherwise, mostly, but problem is irritating. And how do I get the pkg back? Do I want or need it?
