Exactly as the title says. I can't access the SN via Windows and there isn't (maybe wasn't) a sticker on the outside. Is the SN recorded anywhere inside the case?

I appreciate the response, however, unless I'm mistaken, all of those approaches require a computer than can be booted. My computer will not boot.

Hoping that it is just a booting issue, you can try checking in the BIOS.
Alternatively, booting the machine using an installer media can offer advance repair to access the CMD.

If the issue is No Power or No POST (power on self test) that can be the case as you described, then it would be best to call in technical support.
For those purchased directly with Lenovo having your order number and email that was used during purchase can help, else, a copy of the reciept or proof of purchase are needed.
For bulk order, you can try contacting the reseller if they have a copy of the serial number.
