Hi my friends, before I say what is the problem and which process I passed last few weeks.
My computer model is Yoga 500 14ISK. 3 months ago it started not charging battery and I think that is just self protection for battery and I didn't care for 2 months, because I wasn't using battery anyway.
But But when I search internet few weeks ago I realize that is a system problem. Also after decrease to %0 and when I plug in the electricity, it wouldn't let me open computer at least 10-15 minutes. Then I started to search solutions. These are what I did so far:
First, I check battery if it is okey, and because of only 2 years old laptop and I didn't use battery so much it says battery is healthy like new one.
Second, I found the lenovo optimizer program and try the calibrate the battery, I started program and wait for 8 hours. At the and it said unsuccessfull and also said battery not detected.
Before you suggest that my battery is not removable and I cannot reach unless if I remove all laptop.
So where I stand is and main question that; what is the problem and how can I fix it?

Is the computer automatically turning off when the AC is unplugged? If the computer can still run on the battery mode, you can download the Lenovo Vantage app from the Microsoft Store and run a system update. There is also an option for you to check the battery status and its current health.
If the issues persists, we highly advise to contact our support team https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/SupportPhoneList to setup a service for the battery.

If the laptop will shut down immediately once you unplug the charger, it means that the battery doesn't hold the charge anymore and it needs to be repaired. We recommend you to take the laptop to the nearest Lenovo Authorized Service Provider. What I don't understand is that, Why do you think my battery need to be repair? If this is the case than that means lenovo producing false units in purpose. Because my computer only 2 and half years old and I didn't even used batttery all 2 years. I always used ac pluggin and suddenly it stopped to charge.
I also need to ask that because I still think that my battery is okey: When I started "one key optimizer" and calibrate my battery, after 8 hours it said that 'unauthorised battery' and it started the warning that 'you are using unauthorised battery'.
It doesnt make any sense. if the battery is dead or someting, why would be stopped to recognize own battery.
I think maybe because of some updating any program could be caused this error.
What do you think and if it is which program could be coused that error?

Hi! We provide 1 year warranty only for batteries even if the laptop has extended warranty as usually battery last for a year. But it all depends
on how you use it. Please check the warranty coverage here: Lenovo Warranty Policies. Hope everything goes well for you. John_Lenovo
