Welcome to the Lenovo Community ElvisPoe !
Unfortunately discussions on circumventing laptop passwords are not permitted due to the ease in which they can be stolen per the Community Guidelines. Sorry.
If the log-in problem is with the BIOS password, your only option is to try an remember the password used. Remember passwords are case sensitive and you may have used UPPER and lower case characters in your password. Otherwise there are no master password or backdoors that can be used to by-pass a forgotten BIOS password. The motherboard will need to be replaced.

I believe the passwords are not case sensitive.

If this is your Microsoft account used for windows here is microsoft signin:
There is an option for a lost password.
If it is a local windows account, MS says this:
If it is a BIOS password, as was previously said, the only option is to remember it.

Can you try to show me what is happening. I've got the jist of what it is saying on the support page inked by richk.
EDIT: Windows 10 mostley needs your Microsoft account as a login. If you can remember that then you should be fine, otherwise reset the password or try the method you were using before.
