Hello after updating to Windows 10 Version 1803 (OS build 17133.1) - Bluetooth stop working - disappeared from devices – reinstalling drivers from Lenovo doesn’t help.

Hello Sempai

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.

Have a go at uninstalling the drivers that show the error, then restart the unit, and see if Windows is able to find the drivers for itself to install.

You can also try to install the chipset drivers from the support page, these may be helpful.

Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.
