Yoga 510 Headphones not recognised

Hi all,

 

I have a Lenovo Yoga 510, with Windows 10. Whenever I plug in my headphones, it is not recognised by my PC. If I play any audio, it plays from the speakers insteaed of the headphones.

 

I have tried updating the driver, rolling back the Windows update, and uninstalling and reinstalling the driver software, but nothing works.

 

What do I do?

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.


Try to download the Chipset drivers for the unit from the support page. Make sure to reboot after an update on the unit.

Do the headphones show up in the Sound window in the control panel under Playback devices?

 

It may be that the headphone port is defetive, make sure you try other headphones as well.
