bought a brand new Yoga 510 yesterday and straight of the box the pointing device wont work. went to device manager saying code 24 error message. I then updated drivers but still get same message. very disappointed this could happen with a brand new notebook .
await your instructions to fix.

More likely it's hardware issue but there's a small possibility that it may be related to hardware ( connector cable )
Try this first. Un-install the drivers, restart your computer and let windows install the drivers automatically. If it works, try to re-install the drivers.
After restarting the computer, if windows cannot install the drivers, you can try to install them manually ( there supposed to be a folder at d: drive ) IF it still doesn't work, sorry to say but you may need to call Lenovo support. It's probably cable connector issue
