My lap top display has  abig issue and i send the laptop to the warranty service and they fix it.

 

Now the same issue appear again and i dont Know what i can do.

 

this is anew laptop and i need it in my work .

 

please tell me what i can do.

Hi islamaselah,

 

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Would it have the same issue when connected with an external display?

Try to turn off the machine and use the novo button to power on and access to BIOS screen to compare.

 

I would encourage you to report this re-occuring issue to technical support so that proper investigation and resolution be provided to you right away.
