Yoga 520 14KIB - Heating issue affecting keyboard

Lately when I play a game on my laptop or am charging my laptop when doing something slightly intensive my keyboard starts going crazy. The 'E' key acts as F2 and when I click the 'Q' key this 'q`' character is inputted. If I allow my laptop to cool down for a minute off of the charger it becomes alright. 

Is this a known issue or is my device faulty? The device has no other issues otherwise.

Hi Ayushr01! Welcome to our forums community. When did this problem started happening? Was there any recent changes or any updates installed before the issue arise? You may also try running the update using the Lenovo Vantage app:

Install all available updates and restart the computer. Check if the issue persist.

Thanks for the reply! After 2 days of trying everything I could think of I took my device to the service centre. Within a week they replaced my keyboard and the issue has been permanently solved.
