I have just bought Yoga 520 I7 (8550) 2 days back. P,S,C & B keys are not working through the keyboard. But it works fine in the touch, it looks like there is a hardware issue, even after restarting of couple of times the same issue.
Please help me on this.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You can try checking the keys using an external usb keyboard or booting the machine in another image like a live rescue media to check the same keys. Checking via BIOS using the password security just to check (not to save) would confirm if the issue is due to hardware.
Call in technical support or the store and have them informed for immediate options.
Hope this helps answer your query.
Update us how it goes.

Welcome to the Forums.
Have you tried the suggested steps above.
Such is just to isolate if the issue is with the hardware even after using a different operating system.
You may however proceed simply calling technical support as they would guide you how to check and provide the needed steps to resolve this even with in-warranty service.

it is simple bug. You have selected more than one language support on the keyboards I hope. Just go to the language support and select only US keyboard and remove all others, then it will be all okay.

Hello! I had the same problem last night and that's how I found this thread. I went to my authorized dealer because I didn't know how to fix it. Turns out, it really was just a bug. Exactly what was said above ^^ multiple languages. Probably with the PDF readers I downloaded or a configuration that was not completed. Anyway, to fix this, he taught me to go through the Recover PC process. It just took a while. Look for Recover PC in the settings.
It's a good thing I didn't have any important files yet since I've only had this for a month and I use a cloud account for my files. After resetting the laptop, everything was back as it was and the technician pointed out that exact same problem mentioned here. He advised that I could do the recovery by myself at home. Hope this helps!
