i bought yoga520 on december 8th. Till yesterday laptop password was working. Today i opened lenovo and typed the correct password it displayed " password is incorrect. Try again". Please help me.

Since passwords are security issue, discussions here in the forums would be limited as per forums guidelines and rules.
As an advise, be sure that you are typing the correct password (maybe test the password on another machine with the same account). Checking the keys if there is anything stucked or better yet use an external usb keyboard.
