I can see posts on the forum about cracked screen after a month use. Mine cracked after 5 weeks use. I would say that I am a careful user and that this is my third Lenovo laptop; never had any issue with my previous 2.
A post on the forum says that he/she got it fixed via warranty. However when I go to the Lenovo site and navigate through the "create a Service Request", it immediately says that it is not covered under warranty.
What to do?

Crack screen is considered a physical damage and a customer-induced damage even if accident or not. You can find the CID guide here, https://lnv.gy/2OqSob5. Such damages are not covered by the warranty. Warranty Policy here, https://lnv.gy/2OmWjWh. Repairing it will really cost you unless you have an Accidental Damage Protection warranty.
