Yoga 530-14IKB

Hi

I got a new yoga 530-IKB and it has a 1 usb type-c port, can i charge my laptop via this port or i can charge only via regular charging port

Hi,

 

Welcome to the forums!.

 

Per page 8 of user guide it appears it only supports usb 3.0 and makes no mention of charging.

this notebook a gift for me and it has 4 gb ddr4 ram, can i upgrade it 8 or higher?

Yes per PSREF you can actually go up to 16GB.  see below.
