Welcome to the Community Forums.
What type of HDMI cable are you using? Have you tried different cable. If playing the movie on your laptop screen produces good display, the problem possibly lies with the cable or connection to the TV. In addition, check what is the resolution of the TV you using.

I tried everything you said. I bought 5 types of hdmi, even hdmi 2.0 8k, but It keeping making the same break in the movie on TV.
I tried in others Tv too, but the problem persist.
I send to the technical assistance of Lenovo, and it came back with the same error.
Seriously, I don't Know what Else I can do, I'm very dissapoint cause I bought a expensive notebook and I'm keeping use my old one.
Please, If the Lenovo can't solve my problema I don't want this notebook anymore.

Hi! Did you immediately contact support about it right after you receive it from the repair center? If yes, what did they tell you? If not, would you be able to send to us the case number and serial number via private message so we could check?

We were able to receive the information however it is on a different language. Is the movie that you are trying to play saved on your device or your you are streaming the movie online? If you are streaming online, what app or browser are you using?

The language is portuguese, I'm from Brazil. I'm trying several ways to make this notebook work right.
The break happens in ALL ways of streaming. Even if the movie is saved on the Notebook or It's online. I tried the Chrome, mozila, Explorer, but it's the same.
I looked for in others foruns and what I find closer of my problem IS a dyssynchrony of the Intel graphics (monitor-59hz) and the nvdia (Tv-60hz), namely a problema in the graphics card. Although I don't realy Know, it's Just an Hypothesis That's why I sent to the support, but they don't Help me at all.

Could you go to: www.speedtest.net and check the internet connection speed and send to us the result? Run the update using the Lenovo Vantage app: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/lenovo-vantage/9wzdncrfj4mv?activetab=pivotverviewtab. Install all available updates. Check if the issue remains.
