Yoga 710-11IKB compatible with NVMe M.2 ssd?

I bought  a Samsung 970 EVO NVMe M.2 SSD for my Yoga 710-11IKB  but my BIOS and Windows installer won't recognize it. Is this laptop even compatible with  NVMe? I tried searching but couldn't find anything.PLease Help!

Specifications for SSD (page 27): 128 GB or 256 GB, SATA III and recommended SSD m.2 are also listed the same here on item 6 page 57. NVMe is not compatible with the Yoga 710-11IKB.
