i bought refurbished Yoga 710-14IKB and it's mouse touchbad was freezing whole computer for 1-2 seconds. Sometime more often, then less. Here is the video
(online.ee is my local email and cloud provider)
I update bios and all driver, and after that was everything ok for 4 days. Today it start again. It's now a lot less but it still is. I have tried change mouse seting even buting palmTracking to minimum, but the problem has not disappeared.
It seems to be a ELANtech touchbad, at least elan touchbad drivers have installid this computer and it's only touchbad drivers that lenovo suport page give for this laptop.
Any idea how to get rid of that problem ?????

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
Are you certain it is the touchpad that is causing this?
Try to download the Chipset drivers for the unit from the support page.
Make sure to reboot after an update on the unit.
Also, Try a static discharge for this, it may help to resolve the issue or at least get rid of any built up static on the motherboard.
(If the battery is internal, please just skip the remove/replace battery steps.)
1. Turn the unit off
2. Remove the battery and the Mains adapter
3. Press and hold the front power button for 30 seconds
4. Replace the battery and the Mains adapter
5. Turn the unit on as normal
Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.

I have installed all the latest updates that support page have give me, but it's not helping.
Yoga 710 battery is not removable. I tried holding the power button down, but that dos not help allso. That problem remain.
It's seems that the problem is more often, when some media is playing, music or video. I have turn of dolby , sound effects, windows sound and even microphone, but nothing seems to be working.
I don't know what to do any more. Is there any possible way some how to contact straight lenovo support
