I Posted some months ago regarding : Finger print reader not working properly.
1. I called into tech support ( 3X times , 3 different weeks)
2. The the approach was the same - to uninstall and reload the driver
3. The unit would workk for a day or 2 then the fingerprint reader once again would not work
4. I myself did ( and can do ) the same re-load of the driver - this worked on and off for some time , now reloading the driver no longer works.
The last call to Tech support was " let's re-initiate the unit back to factory condtions" ; this seems to me that it's overkill for a driver issue.
Has anyone cracked the code on how to get this to work properly ?
