I'm pretty sure, i have updated my drivers, but i was thinking i need to downgrade them.
I have changed the Bios to a preious version as well.
I have deleted the HID touchscreen device in the device manager. restarted and it came back bu the problem wasn't resolved.

Kindly check if there's available Windows Update (Settings>Update and Security>Windows Update). If none, try the option to go back to previous build version by going to Recovery Tab under Update and Security option in Settings. Update us how it goes.
