Yoga 720-13 Active pen 2

Nachdem ich die Batterie des ActivePen2 ersetzt habe (da diese kein Energie mehr hatte), funktionierte einfach die Spitze nicht mehr. Die Verbindung zum Laptop steht und auch wenn ich auf den oberen Button drücke geht das OneNote Fenster auf, jedoch kann ich nichts mehr schreiben. Auch auf dem Desktop reagiert die Spitze nicht. Dieses Problem hatte ich gestern noch nicht als die Batterie noch ein bisschen Restenergie hatte, konnte ich noch wie gewohnt auf dem Bildschirm schreiben.

 

Weiss jemand wo das Problem liegen könnte? Brauche dringenst die Funktion wieder, da der Stift sonst unnütz ist.

Since the battery was just replaced with a new one, let's try pairing the Active Pen 2 again to the laptop. Here's how to,

Hi Hector

 

I already tried to reconnect but it still won't work. I also looked for some updates, because it happend once that there was a problem because an update wasn't done, but this was neither the solution.

Have you tried replacing the tip of the active pen 2? If not, try replacing it and check it again.
