Hello, it's not a big issue but the bottom plate of the laptop is around 1mm off. And I've no idea who to contact, and I hate talking on the phone... And the retailer I've ordered the machine only has service on the phone or facebook, but it's been two days now so still waiting for an answer on facebook. Wondering if I could go to their store or not, or what to do. Since I've ordered online it's coming from their main storehouse, and not from their stores around... Like it's nothing groundbreaking, just annoying to feel the bottom on one side... Thanks for reading and any tips! ^^,

If the machine is within the store/retailers return period, then you can check with them for a replacement option informing them of the issue on the bottom plate. It would also help if you have photo saved for reference just in case they would need you to send over a copy.
If outside the retailers return policy then you may need to call in technical support and get their recommendation for the best action plan in this situation.
