Hello, the touch screen of my Yoga 720-13IKB is not working. There was a system update from lenovo vantage on 15-5-2019 and the touch screen stopped working after 5 days. Is the problem related to the update ? Please help.!

It is possible since you have mentioned that after the update it stopped working. Do you remember which update was it? Let's check if this is an issue with the driver. Please go to the Device Manager and check the touch screen. To go to the Device Manager, press Windows key and R, type devmgmt.msc, then click OK. On the Device Manager Window, please look for Human Interface Devices and click > to expand the list. Then, look for HID-compliant touch screen and right click on it then select uninstall. Put a check mark on delete drivers for this device if prompted, then select OK or uninstall. Restart the laptop and check if the issue persists.

We have same issue. 3 x Yoga 730-13IKG out of box, touch screen not working. Seems to be a very common issue sine over a year. Teh forums are full and apparentyl Lenovo doesnot have a solution.

My Yoga 720-13IKB touch screen stopped working on 31 May 2019. I tried to follow the instructions for the solution. In the Device Manager, I don't see HID-compliant touch screen. Wacom Device driver is not working; I run the driver update and it says I have the last driver installed.
Can you pls help?
