I have this machine dual-booting Windows 10 Enterprise and Home. I set up fingerprints on both operating systems, and they both lose my FP's after rebooting into the other OS.
The Win10 Ent OS is bitlocked, if that matters, while the Home isn't.
It acts like it isn't even looking at fingerprints when I try to log in. Like, it doesn't say "Fingerprint not recognized" or anything. I log in with PIN then add a FP, then lock Windows and try to log in with new FP and it works. If I try to log in with an existing FP of another finger, it says not recognized, so it's acting like I have no fingerprints added every time I reboot.
Not sure if this has something to do with dual-booting and one OS being bitlocked, but that's the only idea I have so far. The FP reader worked fine when only Win10 Home was installed.
I have the latest driver installed.
Rebooting into the same OS does NOT result in losing the FP's, only when switching between the two operating systems.
