Which is best?
The 4.5A is smaller.
But the larger 6.75A will charge faster won't it?
Should I go with the 6.75A or the 4.5A?

The ones with higher amperage would offer faster charging but may heat up faster.
It is advised to stay with the same charger that goes with your machine and have known to work for you. It would be better specially if you are not receiveing any message prompt about any need for more power from the system.
Hope this helps answer your query.

I've tried swapping both versions of power supplys with different 15IKBs and they all work just fine, in any combination.
I've received no messages regarding charging at all.
I think it's odd that Lenovo lists both types in the parts manual.

The machine can come with integrated or discrete graphics, and i5 or i7 processor. Power requirements are different. As stated above, it's best to use what came with your machine originally.
