Thank you all again for bearing with us on this. I was hoping to be able to announce today when new viable displays would be available for depots and on-site technicians to order but, regrettably, I am not able to do so and have been informed that toward the end of this week the information will be available to me. I apologize if it appears I have set a false expectation, that certainly wasn't my intention, and I will post again at the latest on Friday regardless of whether or not I have the expected dates.

Sounds like the put the touch screen portion upside down.
I am having the black line issue too. I messaged Andy over a week ago with the serial number to have it logged but didn't get a response. Should I contact the tech department to have a case opened?

Hi All, Bought this laptop in May 2017 from the Lenovo Canada website. It has been working great, but developed the screen issue discussed in this topic over the last 2 weeks. From the sounds of things there is a fix on the way, hopefully the issue does not get worse. Picture attached...

Hi Andy, today I upgraded my Depot warranty to an On-Site warranty. When the new screens come in should I be able to call the support line and make a ticket for a technician to come and install a new screen?
